We have installed the net spy program on each computer here in our office and for some reason several of the computers are not checking in. We have checked the installation on each computer and the program is on the computer, but for some reason it is as if the computer doesnt connect with the control panel. Is there a way to diagnse this problem so that the other computers will check in? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

On these specific computers that won't connect, are there any firewall or other program such as anti-virus? Any type of program that could block a connection or file. If so you could check inside those programs and unblock any blocked connections/files or add an exception so that the exe files aren't blocked and the program can communicate freely with the network.
