You will need to first login to your online control panel and change the password. Then on the phone, bring up the interface by dialing the number #XXXXX* where XXXXX is the five digit PIN you created when installing the software. So if your PIN is 12345, you would dial #12345* and hit SEND/CALL. The interface will appear. After that click Options > Configure > Change Web Login. Then enter the new password and press Login.
