RecoveryCop works on smartphones which run the Windows Mobile version 6.x. This means it could be 6.0, 6.1, etc. A partial list of compatible phones can be found here. Your phone's account must have Internet access to upload logs. If your phone does NOT run Windows Mobile, for example it does not say "Windows Mobile" when you first turn your phone on, it is NOT compatible. It is also not compatible with earlier versions of Windows Mobile. It must be version 6.x. RecoveryCop is not currently compatible with Blackberry, iPhone, Symbian, Android or other smartphone platforms. For those use Mobile Spy instead.
