To turn on the powerful filtering options you would need to go to the machine and temporarily install the Admin App. Then go inside it on that machine and go to Filtering > Website OR Filtering > Applications. Enter your desired filtering requirements using the instructions on each tab. Then click "Apply". Then remove the Admin App in Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Then reboot the system.
