Make sure you are using a compatible smartphone that is running any 6.x version of the Windows Mobile operating system. If you are unsure if your phone is Windows Mobile, turn the phone off and then back on. One of the first screens will say Windows Mobile very large if it is. If not, then your phone is not compatible at this time.
