To change your control panel password (not your 5 digit PIN), you would first go to the Change Password page inside your online control panel at https://www.phonesherifflogs.com. After you have changed it, you should also go to the phone and bring up the PhoneSheriff interface. Then click Options > Configure > Change Web Login. There, enter in the new password so that PhoneSheriff will upload records to the correct account.
